Andreas Sohmen-Pao, born 1971, is currently Chairman of BW Group Limited, BW LPG Board of Directors and a director of BW Offshore Limited. He is a Non-Executive director of The Esplanade Co. Ltd and National Parks Board (Singapore), a Board Member of the Singapore Maritime Foundation, and the Singapore Symphony Orchestra Council. He has served as Chairman of the Board since 1 September 2013.

Sohmen-Pao previously worked at Goldman Sachs International in London. He has served as a director of the London P&I Club, the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd and the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore amongst others.

Sohmen-Pao was educated at Oxford University in England, from which he graduated in 1993 with an honours degree in Oriental Studies. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Anders Onarheim, born 1959, has extensive knowledge within management, business development and capital markets after holding the position of managing director in companies within Carnegie Group for over 16 years. Prior to Carnegie, Mr. Onarheim served as the Head of Equities of Enskilda Securities Norway from 1994 to 1996. From 1990 to 1994, he served as an Executive Director in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs in the UK. From 1986 to 1990, he served as the Vice President for institutional sales in Merrill Lynch in the US and the UK. He has served on the Board since 21 November 2013.

Mr. Onarheim has held numerous board memberships within different investment firms. Mr. Onarheim holds a MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, where he graduated in 1986.
He is a Norwegian citizen, and resides in Norway.

His practice areas include commercial and shipping litigation and arbitration, with specialisation in civil litigation, shipping and admiralty law and insurance law. Dato’ Benny is an Accredited Arbitrator in numerous Arbitration Institutions. He is a director of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore and has been awarded the D.I.M.P Medal by Malaysia in 2000 and Public Service Medal by the President of Singapore in 2013. He was educated at Queen Mary College at London University in England, from which he graduated with honours, and he was called to the Bar in Singapore in 1983. John B Harrison, born 1956, is currently an independent Non-Executive Director at AIA Group Limited, where he also serves as Chairman of the audit committee and as a member of the risk committee. Mr. Harrison is currently an independent nonexecutive Director of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, The London Metal Exchange Limited, LME Clear Limited and Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. He is also a non-executive Director of BW Group Limited and a Honourary Court Member of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. 

Mr. Harrison retired in September 2010 as the Deputy Global Chairman of KPMG International, where he had held key leadership positions having started in KPMG in 1977. Prior to 2003-2009, Mr. Harrison was Chairman of KPMG Asia Pacific Region and Chairman KPMG China. Mr. Harrison has been involved in all areas of banking, finance and aviation industries for many years.

He gradudated from Durham University in England in 1977 with a Degree in Mathematics. He has served on the Board as Vice-Chairman since 21 November 2013.

Andreas Beroutsos, born 1965, is the Executive Vice President, Private Equity and Infrastructure, for La Caisse du depot et placement du Quebec. Previously, Mr. Beroutsos was the founder and Managing Partner of One Point Capital Management, a private equity firm, and partner and Senior Managing Director at Eton Park Capital Management, where he led Private Investments. He has served on the board since 21 November 2013.

He spent the first 17 years of his career at McKinsey & Co. in New York, where he was a Director and senior partner, serving as head of the Global Private Equity practice and senior leader of the Financial Institutions Group. In 2013, Mr. Beroutsos served on the General Council (Board of Directors) of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund in Greece, as an independent member. Mr. Beroutsos holds BA and MBA degrees from Harvard University, both with high honours. He is a Greek citizen, a United States permanent resident, and he resides in New York.

Carsten Mortensen, born 1966, is CEO of BW Group and Board Member of BW Offshore Limited. 

Mortensen has 28 years of shipping experience, of which 11 years were spent at A.P.  Møller-  Maersk and 17 at D/S Norden. His previous appointments include CEO of D/S Norden from  2005 to 2014 and Managing Director of Maersk Broker (UK) Ltd from 1995 to 1997.

Mortensen was a Board Member of the Danish Shipowners Association (DSA) and its Chairman from 2011 to 2014. He served as Board Member of the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) from 2009 to 2011. From 2012 to 2013, he chaired “Vækstteam” (or Growth Team), an initiative by the Danish Government to create jobs in the Danish Maritime Cluster. 

Mortensen received his training in shipping at the Maersk Shipping School and further executive qualifications from INSEAD, Wharton and IMD. He holds a Graduate Diploma degree in International Business (HD-U) from Copenhagen Business School. 

Mortensen was awarded Knight of the Order of Dannebrog in 2013.
