Issuance of shares to BW LPG Management Team
(Singapore, 4 January 2017)
Pursuant to the Company's share incentive scheme for its top management, BW LPG issues shares to its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Martin Ackermann, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Elaine Ong and Senior Vice President for Technical and Operations Pontus Berg.
The issuance of shares relates to the Company’s share performance under its shares incentive scheme for the year 2015, with deferred shares being issued at the start of 2017 and 2018, respectively. The shares issued on 3rd January are priced at NOK 37.28. Details of the number of shares issued are as follows.
