2021 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (the “2021 AGM”) of BW LPG Limited (the “Company”) will be held at Washington Mall Phase 2, 4th Floor, Suite 400, 22 Church Street, HM 1189, Hamilton HM EX, Bermuda on Friday, 14 May 2021 at 2:00 p.m. (local time)

The AGM will be held for the purposes to i) confirm the Notice of the AGM; ii) receive audited consolidated financial statements and the Auditors' Report; determine the number of Directors; re-elect Directors; re-appoint Mr. Andreas Sohmen-Pao to the office of Chairman; receive the latest Guidelines on Executive Remuneration; approve the annual fees payable; and consider, and if thought fit, approve the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as Auditor
