On 14 June 2022, Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC (“CMIA”), a United States registered investment adviser which is fully owned by Ameriprise Financial, Inc., sold 60,439 shares in BW LPG Ltd on behalf of certain funds and accounts over which CMIA has discretionary investment management and voting authority. Following such transaction on that date, CMIA beneficially owned 7,081,276 shares in BW LPG Ltd, equal to 4.989 percent of the total outstanding number of shares of BW LPG Ltd.
