BW LPG Limited ("BW LPG", the "Company", OSE ticker
code: "BWLPG") is pleased to announce that it has
taken delivery of the Very Large Gas Carrier
("VLGC") Berge Summit.
Berge Summit has been bareboat chartered-in by BW
LPG since 2004. BW LPG recently announced the
exercise of a purchase option of USD 8 million,
which became available under the charter,

summit, as a result of which BW LPG takes ownership
effective 11 May 2015. Built in 1990 with a
capacity of approximately 78,489 cubic metres, the
vessel will remain flagged under the Bahamas flag.
The vessel will continue to be a part of the fleet
available to service existing and new charter
commitments.
