(Bermuda, 22 December 2014): BW Group Limited hereby
gives mandatory notice of change in shareholding in
BW LPG Limited ("BWLPG") pursuant to the Securities
Trading Act section 4-2. BW Group Limited is
represented on the board of BW LPG by Mr. Andreas
Sohmen-Pao (Chairman) and Mr. John B. Harrison (Vice
Chairman). BW Group Limited has on 19 December 2014
purchased 2 399 678 shares in BWLPG at a price of NOK
49.282 per share. Following the transaction, BW Group
Limited holds 63 693 439 shares in BWLPG,
constituting 46.73% of the total issued shares of
BWLPG.
