I first joined BW LPG in 2014 as a Technical Superintendent, and after three years gaining valuable external experience, I returned in 2025 – a decision that felt like coming home. Today, as Senior Manager for Fleer Supervision in Oslo, I work closely with colleagues in Singapore to oversee our externally managed fleet. I think what makes BW LPG truly special is its professional leaders, supportive culture, and multinational environment where every voice is valued. I collaborate with all departments, learn something new every day, and work with colleagues who make the journey both inspiring and rewarding.

My journey with BW LPG began in 2014 as an Executive Assistant to the fleet, before progressing to Quality Controller and now Quality Assurance Manager. I’ve had the privilege to grow together with BW LPG, exploring diverse roles that expanded my skills and perspectives. What stands out most is the culture of collaboration and support – where managers encourage growth, colleagues uplift one another, and learning never stops. I am proud to be part of an environment where people work with dedication, share knowledge openly, and inspire each other to achieve excellence every day.

As General Manager, US Operations, I’m motivated by the challenges of LPG transportation, which offers constant opportunity to learn, grow and apply new skills that make a real difference. One of my proudest moments has been seeing BW LPG recognized here in the US as a safe, responsible, and high-quality LPG transporter. This recognition reflects our team’s commitment and the values we stand for. And I enjoy supporting every tier of our business, from seafarers to regulators, and helping strengthen BW LPG’s reputation as a trusted and responsible industry leader. Driven by curiosity about how things work and a passion for solving complex problems, I began my journey into engineering. Now, as Chief Engineer at BW LPG, I take pride in leading a skilled team that keeps our vessel running safely, efficiently and sustainably. What excites me most is the opportunity to innovate, mentor and contribute to the seamless performance of our ship. The dynamic nature of our operations keeps me engaged, and I thrive on the responsibility of safeguarding both crew and machinery. As Head of Chartering, I lead a team that secures profitable employment for our fleet by matching vessels with cargo opportunities, negotiating contracts, managing risks, and maintaining strong customer relationships. What attracted me most to BW LPG was the opportunity to contribute to decision-making in a fast-paced, market-driven environment where insight and quick judgment matter. With responsibility at the centre of my role, I value the chance to tackle challenges, capture opportunities, and make an impact in real time. What makes this even more rewarding is our collaborative culture, where open discussions keep us sharp and closely connected to the market.

As a Senior Manager in the Financial Reporting team, I enjoy working in a constantly evolving environment where I can see the story behind the numbers and know that my work makes a real impact. Having been with BW LPG for 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to key milestones, including supporting our listings at OSE in 2013 and NYSE in 2024. Other rewarding parts of my journey have been leading system implementations that improved efficiency and transparency, and securing our first trade finance facility — experiences that challenged me and pushed me to grow. I truly value BW LPG’s dynamic and collaborative culture, where colleagues are supportive and team events keep the atmosphere positive.
