Disclosure of Significant Shareholding in BW LPG Ltd.

(the "Investment Manager") we hereby notify you
pursuant to STA Chapter 4, Section 4-1 the following:
On 24 February 2014 the shares and rights to shares
in BW LPG Ltd (the "Company") attributable to the
Investment Manager crossed below the threshold of
5%. The threshold was crossed by means of sale of
100,000 shares.
As a consequence, the total shareholding deemed to be
held is 6,739,249 which represents 4.95% of the
shares outstanding and voting rights of the Company.
The shares and rights to shares are owned by the
funds listed on Schedule A and are managed by the
designated management companies which are
undertakings controlled by the Investment Manager.
